The inauguration of the PhP7-billion StB Giga Factory, the Philippines’ first advanced lithium iron phosphate battery production facility, is set to drive significant renewable energy investments, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. articulated during the launch at New Clark City.

The President welcomed StB Giga’s future foray into electric vehicle (EV) production, aligning with national goals to bolster the local EV industry.
