The Athletic Federation of the Philippines, Inc. (AFPI) is making waves this October 2024 with its historic first-ever AFPI Sports Summit and Press Conference. This monumental event will take place on October 20, 2024, at 10:30 AM, located on the second level of SM City San Pablo. AFPI, known for its unwavering support for grassroots sports development, aims to take its advocacy to new heights.
The event will be packed with exciting segments, beginning with a Press Conference, followed by the much-anticipated launch of the AFPI website and the establishment of the AFPI San Pablo City Chapter. In addition, there will be a special awarding and presentation of the Batang Pinoy San Pablo City Delegation as they gear up for the BP 2024 National Championship.
The AFPI will also hold the Oath Taking Ceremony for its newly appointed San Pablo City officials, along with the launch of its new programs. Another key moment will be the MOA signing with several strategic partners, cementing their collaboration in advancing sports development across the nation.
The excitement doesn’t end there! The afternoon will feature sports demonstrations and a free Karatedo clinic, showcasing AFPI’s commitment to making sports accessible to all, regardless of socio-economic status.
With a wide array of media partners including KBP Calabarzon, The Philippine Source Magazine, San Pablo Public Forum, Pwersa Balita, Asul TV, and the Publishers Association of the Philippines Inc, AFPI’s advocacy for “Sports-For-All” is reaching an even broader audience.
